Crop
Trims the image to a rectangle in your browser before other tools.
Best for
Removing extra margins, tightening composition, or matching a print area.
Simple steps
- Select Crop in the sidebar.
- Drag the corner or edge handles to resize the crop box.
- Drag inside the box to move it, or drag on empty space to draw a new one.
- Use Full image in the panel if you want to start over, then click Apply crop.
What each setting means
Crop box
Drag the handles to resize, drag inside to move, or drag on empty space to draw a new box. Only pixels inside the box are kept.
Pan while cropping
Hold Alt or Space (or use a middle-mouse drag) and drag to reposition the image while you fine-tune the crop.
Full image
Resets the selection to the entire current image so you can start over.
Helpful tips
- Crop runs locally — no upload until you use a server tool.
- After Apply, use Undo last step if you need the uncropped version back.
